The way I read it the Pontiac did not have headlights on.

I am glad that they people on the Enclave only had minor injuries. These type crashes can be decimating. Too bad for the one who lost his life no matter the situation.

Yeah it is... Makes you wonder if he was wearing a seat belt or not? I am assuming not, since he was thrown from a vehicle.
