I hope we can make it happen... We're REALLY stretching ourselves to do this.

With interest rates at 4%, now is the time to buy and sell... I remember when I bought mine, I was so stretched, I had to reduce my 401k to live.

Discovery channels ROCK! There's a ton of them now.

Well, house went live yesterday on a for sale by owner site here locally. I'll try selling myself and then go from there.

Verbal currently, but I've contacted the attorney to get the paperwork and have him sign it.

OK, found a house and agreed to an amount over the phone. Working up the paperwork now.

Did it all without a realtor too. This house has everything we want inside. It's just beautiful. Insulated garage means... Detailing indoors BABY!

OMG I hope it all goes smoothly!

Wow that is a nice house! I like the 3rd garage! Place for all the boxes and outdoor tools while still getting 2 vehicles indoors.

Oh hell no! We have three vehicles so it'll be full!!!

My G8, F150, and the wife's Enclave. Plus two motorcycles, lawnmower, snow blower and all the other crap you have to have when you're a car nut!

Yeah, there's a bump back in the back of the garage that I may build shelves to put in it. That would give me some nice useable shelf space.

What I'd like to do in the future, is cut up the ceiling and put a hoist in the 3rd stall. One up and one down = 4 vehicles...

All in due time...

Chris
